Have you ever lost your train of thoughts? Imagine that I am getting into the flow, conjuring up a great idea for your project, and then the phone rings. Great idea dissipates. When I am working on any project, big or small, I give my full concentration, and will really prefer to remain so to ensure the best results possible.

I express myself much better through written words than verbally. I like to think my response thoroughly and give a structured, formulated reply than to give unsure instant answers.

Ultimately, it’s you, the client, who benefits. Email gives us both the chance to understand each other better, instead of having some important details lost in translation.
